Deck Flooring Standards
TAW received notice of approval from Reston Association for exterior colors and materials of decks in Townes at Waterford Cluster, to include the following:
• Trex Transcend, color: Lava Rock (addition)
• Trex Transcend, color: Spiced Rum (addition)
• Trex Transcend, color: Tiki Torch (addition)
• Trex Transcend, color: Winchester Gray (addition)
• Fiberon, color: Toasted Sand (addition)
• Other composite decking products, colors closely matching colors above (addition)
• Pressure-treated wood, color: left to weather naturally (existing)
with the following stipulations:
1. Homeowners may choose an equivalent composite color from an alternative composite manufacturer, and
2. Composite materials to be installed on deckboards only, and not on railings.
